In march 2012,the TMG enacted an ordinance for comprehensively promoting measures for stranded persons based on concept of self-help,mutual assistance, and public assistance.The ordiance will come into force in April 2013.The specific methods for inplementing the activities prescribed by the ordinance will be compiled in an implementataion plan together with the TMG's support policies.
